Randy is a free spirit but loves to see people succeed. He is analytical, passionate about making an impact, and loves to learn. He has dedicated his career life to making customers happy by going beyond their expectations and for 30 years has been influential in creating the two-minute relationship in regular retail, the wireless industry, and the optical industry.

Randy has created teams of people who have never been in sales or specialty retail and built leaders in both areas. Randy makes a family mentality within his organization, where those with opportunity receive a hand up to gain the momentum needed to succeed. Randy believes that everyone has heights beyond their current vision and helps them realize those summits of bigger and better things. He responds quickly and with a customer-centric passion to high-profile, high-impact confidence and continued customer loyalty. Randy’s ultimate Commitment is to build a world-class, enterprise-class global customer experience.

With years of accolades for positive customer experiences and building phenomenal teams, Randy wants to fly like the Eagle and see the next plateau of challenges-to test his ability in the tech world to impact the outcome aspirations never contemplated. To create a phenomenal experience with anyone he comes in contact with, internal or external customers.

Like the blade of newborn grass, he wants to grow and have coworkers viewing him in his full glory of decorating his scope of influence daily. Randy believes that analyzing his work and the effects that create opportunities and pathways are administered quickly and with a visionary outlook. Randy believes that the full-color display of a rainbow in a team makes a masterpiece within the business scope. A team of dreamers and doers that are either experienced or just graduated will create a formidable team.

Giving opportunity to a person with the heart and desire is such an essential part of hiring that we sometimes overlook. Randy Believes Leaders are servants in sheep’s clothing. They are shepherds that allow the herd to do their daily duties and help those who cannot find water. These Shepherds are the first to go across the rickety old bridge to get to the other side of the river. Shepherds are the first to climb the knoll to the sweet grass, but they are always there to lend a push, offer some help, protect the young, teach, and always look for the best even in the harshest storm or dangerous moment. Randy has a strong servant attitude and proudly utilizes it to his team’s benefit.

Like the waves of the open sea, the sails of a sailboat, Randy loves to traverse the open sea of adventures, consistently learning, continually growing, invariably inspiring, always dreaming. So What do we do with a guy like Randy in the world of Business?
